ReVibe (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is processed, and how it is protected when you use the App.

ReVibe is an AI-powered photo-to-video application that allows users to transform images into animated videos using artificial intelligence technology.
All AI processing is performed using models developed and operated exclusively by us. We do not use or transmit user content to third-party AI service providers.
We collect only information necessary to operate and improve the App.
When using ReVibe, you may upload:
Photos
Images containing human faces
Text prompts (if applicable)
Media for AI video generation
If uploaded media contains faces, the App processes facial feature information solely to generate the requested video output.
Face Data Definition: Face data refers only to visual facial features contained in user-uploaded images.
We do NOT:
Perform facial recognition
Identify individuals
Create biometric templates
Store facial embeddings
Use facial data for tracking or surveillance
Use facial data for advertising or analytics
Use facial data for AI model training
Face data is processed strictly for the requested functionality and no other purpose.
We may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

App version

Device identifiers

Crash reports
Advertising Identifier (where permitted by platform rules and user consent)
ReVibe may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans.
All payments are processed securely through Google Play.
We do not collect or store payment card information.
We may receive limited purchase-related information such as:
Subscription status
Transaction confirmation
Product identifiers
This information is used solely to provide access to premium features.
All AI computations are performed on infrastructure owned or controlled by us.
We do NOT:
Send user images, videos, or prompts to third-party AI providers
Use OpenAI, Google AI APIs, Stability AI, Midjourney, or any external AI inference service
Share AI-generated content with external AI platforms
AI processing:
Occurs only after explicit user action
Is fully automated
Does not involve human review
Does not use user content for AI model training
User-uploaded content is retained only as long as necessary to complete the requested processing.
Uploaded content is stored for no longer than 7 days
Users may delete their content manually at any time within the App
No persistent biometric records are stored

On iOS, permission is requested through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
Users can manage tracking permissions in device settings at any time.
We do not sell advertising identifiers.
ReVibe is not intended for children and is not recommended for minors.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
